Country Lakes is located on 3 acres in Mechanicsville, Southern Maryland. We are 50 minutes from Washington D.C., 90 minutes from Baltimore, and 20 minutes from Dahlgren, Virginia.

My dogs are carefully raised from breeding that has been thoroughly researched for sound temperaments and for heredity diseases and conditions.

I am proud to have German Shepherds participating in Search & Rescue, Police work, sheepherding, & tracking, and as family companions & guardians. All of my German Shepherds are directly German, and are imported from Germany. My Golden Retrievers are performing in obedience competitions, hunting, dog shows, and as wonderful family companions.
